(1) If a license is issued by the Ministry to shoot motion picture as per policy of the One Door Committee, the producer shall not be required separate license from any institution as per prevailing law to shoot such motion picture.
(2) If an institution is to set separate terms and conditions relating to shoot motion picture, such terms and conditions shall be provided to the Ministry
